Welcome to photoanimalium.com!
I am a banker, an iPad developer and an entrepreneur. As much as I do love my professional life, I am passionate without limits about photography. My primary interest is about living creatures, mostly animals which I have encountered in the wild and in various animal parks around the world. Animals make the most interesting and challenging subject as they will move, fly or run as you approach; they will not respond to "look at me! give me some love! smile and look at the lens!"; they hide, use camouflage, cover themselves with leafs or dirt; but when you get the shoot it rewards you with colour, expression, beauty. With such a challenge you never stop learning new tricks and get to know the subject better.
Besides animals, travel photo is another interest of mine as I enjoy discovering new places and their history and raw beauty, I also like to mix photography and technology with high dynamic range (HDR) photography and panoramas.
As years go by I have accumulated many thousands of pictures and while I still work hard to get better at creating photos, I've decided to share those I and others like best. Do often visit the site as new photos and collections will be published.
